What we do;

As service agents for NMI, we provide after sales support and warranty repairs on all vehicles which use the variety of seat safety products that they supply, this includes major customers such as the Welsh Ambulance Service, among a variety of other private businesses. We work on behalf of NMI to provide a service to their customers so they have minimal downtime if they do encounter any issues, we attend site anywhere in the UK to repair your vehicle(s), or can have them collected back to our unit based in South Wales. After attending the vehicle, we provide a report on the issue at hand and/or repairs on the vehicle, as well as advising on a cause of the fault, and if there is anything that can be done to avoid it happening again.
